Welcome Paradoxers!
This blogspot will be our new home to share updates on everyone's new cd's, links to music venues, and other activities.
You can also post remembrances, photos, and any other memorabilia you would like to share. It would be great if this could become like an archive for the Paradox -- then and now.
More information to follow as I figure this out. In the meantime, please add your comments and keep the site alive and growing.
2010 TwentyTen I can't face it. That number sounds like a science fiction movie way way in the future. I'm not in the future. I'm stuck in 1958 where there are proper AM radios and dial phones in the hallway between the kitchen and living room.
Rand, funny you should mention old phones and stuff. I was in Ocean Beach on Sunday browsing the antique stores and saw a lot of old rotary dial phones and wooden cased radios. I know what you mean about 2010, way too much for me to comprehend, but I just keep plugging along.
I m with you their Rand, I can hardly set a clock anymore. I remember when phones had no dials, you'ld pick up a receiver and a voice said "number please". We had a 3 party line, our other 2 parties were really boring, I'd listen, expecting to hear of exciting murders, or who was stealing what, nada,,,,bbboring...not TV yet, what's a little girl to do.

Is it necessary to turn on the speakers?
Good one, Helen!
Yes, it's sort of like lip syncing only better.....
Ho, ho, ho to everyone here. Don't forget to light the candles and bring in some greenery. We need the sun back! It's cold up here.
Here's to a more peaceful world in the year ahead. Diane of the North Country

A silent monk is always a good sign!
There once was a restaurant in Corona Del Mar, the sign had a women with no head, it was called "The Silent Woman"
