One of my FAVORITE planets, and it shares its day with the birthdays of my brother, and Norma's twin sisters. How's that for convergence?

It's mostly made of dirt, though.

Just to clarify, Norma's sisters are twins of each other, and not of her.
They're cute, though. Runs in the family.

So you get it from her side of the family?

Agua. Lots of agua.

Bob on Wed. had 2 stints put in two arteries in his heart. He's home and recovering nicely, he's got a great nurse, me.

Glad it went so well, Bob!

And thanks for taking good care of him, Helen.

Congrats on your successful upgrade, Bob!! Now, please take yourself down a notch until told you can do otherwise by your hardware manager... that'd be your doctor! And, yes, Helen's your software manager! Speedy and full recovery!! - Tony

Ooo, Bob - didn't know you were headed in that direction. Glad you have Helen & a good doc.
Sending good vibes your way, and hugs all around -

Bob & Helen, just got wind of the news of Bob's heart procedure. So glad it went well. I want you to consider the therapy of PURR POWER! Scientists have proven that the sound frequency of a cat purring has a measurable healing effect. No kidding. Naturally, I believe it. So, put the cat next to you, Bob, and let him do his thing and you'll be well before you know it. Helen, maybe you could purr sweet nothings into his ear--I mean Bob, not the cat. Ha Ha.... Lots of love and best wishes. Jan & Ran

We didn't know he was headed in that direction, it's great that he had a stress test and it got discovered. He's doing great, like normal, well, normal for Bob.
I'll try purring, it used to work.

Bob will be 74 on Monday, May 3rd.

Well, you can remind Bob of what we've always said, and Cat so eloquently captured in that poster for the reunion: Never trust anyone over 80.

Glad everything has turned out so well!

Seems like just the other day we all dressed up in 50's outfits to celebrate @ Bob's Over The Hill Party.
Yikes! What happened to the 24 years?

Diane Smith said...

I knew I was missing something all these years being out of the loop -- I just didn't know it involved poodle skirts. I should have been there!

Somehow, some way, our lives have slipped into fast forward.

Ours too. You just need to push the rewind button every so often!
