Welcome Paradoxers!
This blogspot will be our new home to share updates on everyone's new cd's, links to music venues, and other activities.
You can also post remembrances, photos, and any other memorabilia you would like to share. It would be great if this could become like an archive for the Paradox -- then and now.
More information to follow as I figure this out. In the meantime, please add your comments and keep the site alive and growing.
It's not a musical instrument. It's a financial instrument. The person who buys it will almost certainly be hoping it will continue to appreciate. As a guitar, it's really a mediocrity.
$2600 will buy you a brand new, fully warranteed Collings, Martin, Breedlove, Taylor or Santa Cruz that will walk all over that Gibson.
The real action in that auction will take place in the last few minutes.
I emailed that to everyone on our company's internal email list to remind them that what we do isn't just about making a living. And I got a bunch of thank yous in reply. So thanks again, Sherry.

Thank you, Sherry. It's nice to be reminded of what we're really all here for.
Wow!
Here's his website so Bob and Helen can see it, too:

This is a part of what I think the Paradox House can do for Nevada City and environs.
As of today it stands at $2575.00 WITH 24 HRS TO GO.

To quote Rand:
The most valuable guitar costs thousands of dollars.
The most valuable guitar is seldom played.
The least valuable guitar costs 1 dollar.
The least valuable guitar is played every day.
Which is the best guitar?
That's a Paradox.
Hope all the southern Californians are doing okay after the quake.
Great post, Sherry. We need more heroes like him!
