Bob and Helen recently saw Steve Gillette perform... (see comments)

I once heard that Steve wrote Darcy Farrow for a class at UCLA, and passed it off as a traditional folk song. In fact, I may have heard Steve tell that story at the Paradox. Is that a true story?
