Welcome Paradoxers!
This blogspot will be our new home to share updates on everyone's new cd's, links to music venues, and other activities.
You can also post remembrances, photos, and any other memorabilia you would like to share. It would be great if this could become like an archive for the Paradox -- then and now.
More information to follow as I figure this out. In the meantime, please add your comments and keep the site alive and growing.

The Old Dirt Band: Les Thompson, Jackson Browne, Ralph Barr, Jimmie Fadden, Bruce Kunkel, and Jeff Hanna
Merel Bregante here...drummer with the Sunshine Company. Loggins and Messina, The Dirt Band, blah, blah, blah. First of all, hello to all my old friends from The Paradox. Amazingly, we're still around to tell tales, play better than ever, and, among other things, write blogs. Makes me happy :)
Anyway, my wife (singer/songwriter Sarah Pierce and her band), opened for the Dirt Boys just the other night at Gruene Hall about 40 miles south of my home in Austin, TX. I am here to testify that they are sounding as great as they ever have. A sold out show. Two hours of great music. Jeff invited Sarah and I to join them for their encore. Fadden graciously allowed me to once again use his kit, and we all played Will The Circle Be Unbroken and then The Weight. To use the vernacular so common today...THEY ROCKED!!!
Hope to hear from you guys and certainly to see everyone at the next reunion. For now, I send my love to you all.
Brother Merel...Nice to see your with us on this Paradox roots revival! .We're countin' on you and Sarah to make the next gathering of the tribes. And don't forget I WILL WORK FOR FOOD.. Gary

Merel, so good to hear from you!
Do you have any old photos of the Sunshine Company we can put here? It would be great!
Hope to see you when we get back together again (date and time to be distributed at a later date and less public venue).
Diane
