John Prine Concert
Bob and Helen left their little mountain home to go to the hussle and bussle of the big city, Sacramento, but it was worth it. We went to a John Prine Concert, one of Americas greatest songwriters. That guy sure can put words together in a magical way. We had great seats, wonderful evening. A very mature audience, like our age. His brother Doug lives in Sacramento so he did a lot of requests from Doug without his band, he did many of out favorites, great concert

Bob and Helen: Wish I could have been there! I love John Prine's songs, but I really love the sound of his voice.
(Hopefully Bob has found the John Prine c.d. I left behind for him last time I was there.)
Yes! As a mater of fact, we listened to it again today. I looked up John Prine on line also today, he's a throat cancer survivor.
Happy Birtday you Ol' Fart! It seems like the "Over the Hill" party was just the other day.

It was a year ago (almost) that we all went to the Clairmont folk festival, May 3rd. That was so much fun.
