Since Gary and Helen haven't checked in yet, I'll add what I know (second hand, which is why I was reluctant to write more before).
Dave had a stroke yesterday but he's home already and the prognosis, as I understand it, is good. I'm told he's doing very well under the circumstances. (Helen suggested I email him, which is always a good sign!)
I wasn't sure Dave would want all this stuff posted so I kept silent. Now it's out there so if anyone needs Dave's contact info just shoot me an email. Last report from Noonan earlier today, was that Dave had called him today and was joking and telling Dave stories like nothing had happened. It sounds like things are improving nicely.
I too kept silent, wasn't sure Dave would want this posted. The remarkable Dave Hall brain is as tunned in as always. Let's let Dave himself tell us how he is....OK Dave?

I talked to David yesterday, he Tara, and Steve Scaff are coming for dinner tomorrow. He's doing really great. Go Dave!
Please give them our best. We have a list of people we worry about and we'd be pleased to get him off. Tara, too. This stuff is so hard on partners.
