Awe yes, I think if he was running for President now, he'd win, he'd get my vote. he said "If everyone would just stop bitching and get off their fat asses and do something" painting the White House Puce, he could get rid of all that old stuff and redecorate it with his awesome cranial paintings.

did that
with
chickens.
Someone once wrote in song,
"Art beware, it's all been done, there's nothing new under the sun.
So take heed of all new schemes, just variations on a theme"
Yep...Hokusai used chickens to paint in the 19th century, and his head.
But I know for sure, he never used Pat Paulsens head.
